There was this guy who fell asleep on my shoulder. I could tell he was really tired and not trying to molest or get fresh. So I just let him sleep on since it was only on the shoulder and he meant no harm. He was actually more embarrased than me when he woke up and kept apologising. On other times, I had also fell asleep on other people and they too didnt say much. I might wake them if I think they are gonna drool on me though:)
Btw, when I was a little girl, I use to fall asleep on people all the time. Lucky no one ever scolded me Haaa haaaa!!!
