Oops!!

Oops! I din realised my last entry was like 5 days ago!! =P Sorry sorry... well, shall do another summary here, hope it wun become a long one like the other time, =D. Tues..... came back home, cos there's tuition... actually I like the feeling @ home, stayin in hostel really makes me think too much. Tution is like an excuse for me to go home ba, =P. Anyway, I started falling sick on Tues.. yah...

Wed. Went back school, celebrated Cailing & Charles' bday @ PS. This time we remembered Charles liao, hee. Ate @ PastaMania, my all time fav for pasta, heh. N the ppl there r so nice! They let us cut our cake there. We also bought the Anderson's Ice Cream cake there, quite cheap! The price I can't say, if u wanna noe, come & ask me! Hee.

Thurs. Charles' Bday~! Went Engin welcome tea for a while, the welfare comm ppl made a grand entrance, cos we were late aft moving the exam tea stuffs to clubroom. Tho short while but had a fun time suaning Yushun with Jiali, muahahaha. Then went the marketing seminar, which was not of v good use.... =/ Wasted my time there. Makan dinner with Amy, Carol, Jen, Jiali & Merv while watching Singapore Idol. I'm getting to like Oli even more, heh. She's quite a versatile singer. Anyway, may sound stupid, but I voted for her, haha. Aft tt went back hall to pia my Hydraulics assignment (due on Fri 12nn) till 3am. Hai.... Then Yushun was toking bout Frenster, so went Frenster took a look. Found out tt our common frenz (tt r not NUS Engin ppl) are all table tennis players! Haha. N it was his bday on Thurs also. Fri. Din feel like waking up, but had to submit assignment by 12nn, so bo bian. Din really have enuff sleep cos the stupid guy staying upstairs was so damn noisy. He was laughing. Yah, wat's wrong with laughing rite? BUT, laughing out loud @ 3+am is WRONG! I was half asleep & I was awaken up by his loud & scary laughter! AIYOH. Anyway, had breakfast with Amy @ YIH. The kaya toast is nice! Yum²! The coffee is nice also! Shall go there for breakfast next time again!

Tried to finish up my project which was supposed to be due today, =P. Budden... I did sth wrong by un-sharing my C drive. Then dunno wat happened I couldn't even open my MS word or Adobe. Tried using system restore, but I can't even open tt!!! In the end I tried changing the owner of the C drive to the username that I use @ home & also login to tt a/c, finally I could use system restore. Wasted 1 or 2 hours juz to solve the stupid thingy. Lesson learnt: Don't gei kiang (which I was... =P) & unshare ur hard drives, if not u'll have prob like me. Anyway u might be thinking y I wanted to unshare my C drive out of the blue. Well.... kinda thanx to Jianqiang lor... he was on NUS network & he found my computer. My MP3 folder was set to share cos I wanted to transfer some songs over to my sis's new laptop (yes, my younger sis of age 15 has a laptop! aaarrrrggghhhh, kids nowadays are so xing fu....), & I 4got to set it back. & bravo! JQ dl some of my MP3s... (found tt out in his blog...) -___- But luckily he told me bout it & I unshared it already. Heh, thanx ah JQ!

Luckily Jiali reminded me to watch SI results. Oli was in last 3??!! I can't believe it. Sad case. Luckily Chris is out instead of him. Tho I muz say he sounds nice in slow songs, but he's not versatile enuff. Jiayao asked me y I like Oli & I realised I also dunno y! Haha. The remaining 5 ppl r quite versatile but I juz like Oli. Tho I think Sylvester is getting cuter, n the stupid Merv, trying to act like him. Eeee.....

As for today.... had a *&^%$#@! Autocad test which is un-do-able in 25 min! I can finish the test in 1 hr actually, but 25 min is too short! I did only 1/2 of the test. ='( Happened to watch Meteor Garden I on channel 8 @ 1+pm. Suddenly had the urge to watch the VCDs & read the comics again. So... my urge made me wasted my 3+ to 5+, reading Meteor Garden's comics... budden I muz say the story is nice! Heh. N yah, I got the whole set of 34 (or isit 36?) volumes for Meteor Garden. U want can rent from me, haha. Aft tt went tuition & I went Malay Village aft tuition~! Ate Ramly's Burger. It's v nice! Highly recommended. $2.50 for a chicken burger with egg wrapped around the patty. N there's BBQ sauce, mayoinaise, Maggi sauce.... still got dunno wat sauce. Haha. I'm getting fatter, die... mother told me to go jogging during the Dec hols. Haha. I wanted to do tt long ago le lor, always nv do it in the end.

Mmm... I shall go mark Kendrick's papers. I still have tuition with him @ 1030 tml....

Glad to have ppl ard

Well... I always feel so glad when I've my frenz ard me everytime. Thanx for all the care & concern all of u have given me, u noe who u r. =D Feel v touched, but dun worry, I'm not crying lar, haha. To tell the truth, I keep saying I wun think bout it but I still do, when I'm alone and dun have the mood to study. Hope it'll get better.

I slacked today again lor... din do much work. Had this wk's mini CE bonding session aft lect today for 1 hr outside our LT till 4pm, this time Cailing is ard, haha. Came back hall, chat with Jiali till 5+, went to take a nap. Wanted to wake up like 6+, but I set my alarm wrongly to AM instead of PM, felt so stupid. I think my sis called me & told me the PC formatted itself or sth, I dunno, I was in lala land. Haha. I dunno y but recently whenever I try to take aftnn naps, I'll ganna disturb by ppl on the phone. Either I 4get to switch off SMS, or ppl juz called me. In the end I woke up @ 7+, ate dinner & watch TV till 10, =P

Watched Top Fun Season 7 @ 8pm. YUCK LOR!!! Some1 imitated Jeff Chang's Bu Yao Dui Ta Shuo! YUCK! He imitate the MTV, & even imitate the way Jeff kneeled down in the MTV lor! YUCK. Ok, I shall stop my yuck-ing here. Haha. The 2nd contestant sang Karen Mok's Sheng Xia De Guo Shi, also cannot make it. The last one was v good! She sang Coco Lee's Yue Guang Ai Ren (or Yue Guang sth sth, 4got the name, haha). N she was saying she joined M'sian Idol & got into top 30, no wonder she's so good. Heh. But put her together with those 2 whom CMI, really wasted lor... the winner is obvious.

Watched the swimming drama @ 9pm. Mmm... juz starting only so not much things to say lar, haha.

Anyway, to WC, good luck to ur ungraded EIA ok? =P CE-bonding session ppl will noe wat I'm saying, heh.

Rainy days...

Went a damn long supper with Amy, Merv & Gord yesterday. Went to supper @ 12+, reached back hall @ 2+... Actually Merv already drove us to Fong Seng already budden Merv suddenly wanna go NUH. Then actually Merv wanna park in the NUS carpark budden Amy & Gord suggested parking in front of the mortuary.... O_O Quite scary sia. Anyway... it was a funny supper. Merv keep sayin he noes who Gord's crush is budden Gord keep saying he dun have any crush. & Gord keep askin Merv to say but he dun wanna say. So does Merv noes or not?! AAAARRRGGHHH. Irritating... Anyway Gord asking if the guy I like now is the guy he noes, I juz shrugged his qn away, haha. & he kinda threatened to tell it to Merv... Actually I think Merv will noe it sooner or later one lor...

Mmm.... as for today rite, damn funny. I was inside the E2 comp cluster & I heard this ger whom was Zhao Yong's classmate, named Sandi, telling her frenz, "Juz now I saw Mervyn & I told him he look like Sylvester but uglier 100 times." Obviously she's toking bout Merv! Haha. So I smsed Merv to ask if he noes Sandi. He immediately called me lor. Then he say he was sms-ing me to ask me if I noe Sandi lor! He tot Sandi came to my blog! Haha. V interesting! Hehe.

And for today's Singapore Idol, Maia is out. Mmm.... which makes me wonder... yes, some tots again, heh. Actually the last 3 pple were Maia, Sylvester and Christopher, Chris was the 1st to go back to the seats. I muz say he did well this wk, but he did quite badly the past few wks, while Maia has always been good all the while. So did lotsa ppl voted for Chris cos he improved? If it's so, then mayB the singers shld start out to be mediocre and suddenly sing quite well? Kinda sad lar... I tot either Taufik or Leandra will be out this wk. I like Maia, she has v unique personality! My David Yeo & Maia r gone liao! Now I'm left with Olinda! Hope she wun be booted out so fast! But I'm getting to like Sly more, heh, not cos he look like Merv, but I think he's cute! Budden comparing him & Merv, tho Merv shld be older than him by right, Sly looks older... =/ Haha.

My blood veins are too thin...

Tried to donate blood today. But too bad... I've already answered the questionnaire, tested my blood for the iron contents, had my temp measured, BUT.... aft 3 nurses keep touching my arm's, trying to look for a suitable vein to insert the needle, they came up with the conclusion that my veins are too thin... cos they can't feel any thick veins. In the end wasted my time & abit of blood. Then I returned the iron tablets to the nurse, but she asked me to keep it. Huh?? For wat?! Haha. So if any1 of u need iron tablets, can ask from me, haha.

Weicong & Steph tried to donate blood also, but they have fever?! Haha. Their measured temperature was nearly 38 degrees, mine was 37.5, the borderline case. In the end all 3 of us din donate any blood, lol. Saw Lincoln there & he donated blood! So 3 out of 4 ppl can't donate blood, hah. Saw my freshie, Thomas there also. Dunno y he called me lao ban niang??!! Then he told me Lincoln called me that. Ah?! Haha. Lincoln is 1 big crappo.


Went lib to study till ard 7+. Fell asleep. Think I'm reall v tired ah, dunno y also. Saw Andrew there but din say hi to him, then he saw me online & call my name in his normal way, "Amigo!!" Haha. Until now even in real life (as in not on MSN) he also call me Amigo lor... winner. & Merv also winner, used my MSN disturb ppl, used my internet read xiaxue's blog, etc... & Merv, sorry ah, the past 2 days u asked me & Amy out for supper budden we really ate sth liao, hehe.

Anyway, did my ArcGis in comp cluster again... The qns are really damn hard arh... But @ least my mood is better today. Steph, Qiulin & Weicong left @ ard 11pm. I left @ 12+am... with Amy. She has test tml, heh, good luck ger! & she told me she dun wanna sleep??! How can? Aiyoh...

Stupid ArcGis

I dun understand why we need to use ArcGis for drawing... Why muz we use a software that uses so much memory??!! The program juz closed itself from an error, when I tried opening the map aft tt, the program hanged!!! WTH! I gave up & walked back hall from the E2 comp cluster. If u're not in Civil Engineering, u might think it's v slack. Lemme tell u, CE IS NOT SLACK!! Wanted to go to the computer cluster to do my lab @ 7+ one, BUT!! There's lessons held for the part-time students from 6 to 9, my goodness. Even in the aftnn, it's either upper years CE or ME ppl who are occupying the lab. How come we need to share the lab with so many ppl?! Even during our own labs, there's not enough license for us to use the software also! So how? The lecturer gave us another option: buy a 30-day evaluation software for $10, THIRTY DAYS ONLY. It's the 1st time I hear that I've to pay for an evaluation software. Stupid company...

I think this is another complain session... Well, I noe quite lotsa ppl out there think tt Engineering is ez to get in. I've read it on xiaxue's blog saying tt she kinda regretted that she din go JC, but go Poly instead, "Most unfortunately, I think the decision to go into SP was the worst mistake I made in my life." as quoted from her blog. And from another part of this entry, "On the other hand, the possibilities based on a decision are so vast that it is almost impossible to predict. For instance, if I were in Uni I would just be an average Law student, or maybe a Biz student.Or even worse, failed my As and is still retaking it now and ending up in Arts and Social Science or Engineering." Actually when I was reading this entry I agreed with her 50%, and I was angry with her saying the 2nd sentence tt I've quoted. No doubt Engineering is easy to get in, but WTH!! She dunno the life of an Engineering student! We slog for 4 years in university, getting an average of 5 or 6 hours of sleep everyday. I bet there r lotsa ppl out there who thinks quite lowly of Engineers. Let em sleep on the streets! The buildings that they are living in are work of Engineers!

My Fridays sux...

Ok.... lemme explain to u y my Fridays sux, esp today. I've lect from 2 to 3, BUT today's lect was useless. I think we're in front of schedule so the lecturer played a "gambling" game with us. We practically tok kok during the whole lect, that's another story, heh. Then, I'm supposed to have lect from 5 to 7 (but reached @ 6 cos I need to print my notes), 7 to 9 another lect.... make me can't go home on Fridays, hai...

Ok, as for today, it's quite a interesting Friday. To start off, it's the 1st time Jen, Amy & me ate @ TH's dining hall together. Jen came squatting @ Amy's hall yesterday, heh. Then aft tt I went to club room to carry the 4-year series with Yushun to outside LT6. When I opened the main door, saw YS seh down there, seems deprived of sleep with messy hair. Found out he slept @ 3+, woke up @ 8 & he blamed it on Xiaonan. Why? Cos he seldom have the chance to dl movies from xiaonan.com, so he dl the 2 whole series of Friends... (isit Friends or wat, I 4got). Anyway, the clubroom door was locked, so I called Yeeming, Miao came to open the door. Was telling Miao bout YS being fined for keeping fishes in hall, haha. Actually quite poor thing lar, fish only also ganna fine.


Reached outside LT6 & Shufen was there too. Tried doing my assignment but couldn't do it. Quite hard... mmm.... then started to have EE ppl walkin out of the LT. Tried to psycho lotsa ppl but lar, heh. Aft the EE grp A ppl's lect, Peng came out to help out. YM & Miao helped to da bao lunch & Steph also reached there liao. When Steph saw YS she said he look like Ren Xian Qi! No wonder I find YS look so familiar! Haha. So tt's the reason! Haha. I noe so many frenz with ming2 xing1 lian3! Haha. Jiali went Clementi, so asked her to help us buy the $1 bubble tea tt tastes nice. Thanx Jiali! =D

Aft tt went lect & I accidentally spilled abit of my bubble tea onto the carpet & chair of the LT, luckily there was no one sitting beside me. Then aft tt when this ger came sitting down on the chair, I think her fren told her I spilled sth on the chair. Then she asked me if tt is soya bean drink, I told her it's bubble tea. She then asked me where I bought it & I told her Clementi. She was shocked cos she tot I went all the way to Clementi to buy, then I clarified. Scare me, tot she wanted to scold me or wat, haha. Anyway, Steph was like laughin non-stop today, dunno y. Tt woman ah, like crazy liao. Haha.

Aft tt went EH Bazaar walk walk, then came back my hall with Weicong & Steph. The 2 mad ppl ended up singing Hokkien songs & Chinese oldies in my room. So loud lor! Kelly walked past my room & heard & she was so amused! Make me so paiseh. Luckily it was in the afternn, not so many ppl, haha.

Aft tt reach the lab @ ard 6, supposed to reach @ 5 one lar. In the end da bao Mac for dinner @ 6+, go into the audi to eat. @ least today's lect is quite useful... but it was sooo funny cos the whole row of us were eating Mac! Haha. N aft the lect, we were watching the last part of Singapore Idol in the audi. Yeah~! Jerry is out! So happy~! FINALLY. Ok, I shall stop being so bad. Anyway, we got a lobang to do a survey for $2! Heh. So juz do lor. Make us seem so cheapo, =P, but broke lar, & do survey already got $2. When we were walkin, saw Amy & Jen, so walked back hall with Amy lor.

Anyway.... hai.... a small small action by him really made me so happy. I dunno y... can't control lei. Even a small action like he starts toking to me on MSN instead of the usual-I-tok-to-him-1st situation, I'll feel v happy also. I think I'm dead meat this time, haha. If u dunno who is him is, dun ask lar, =P.

Platonic Relationship

Mmm.... Something weird happened today. I saw the TJ SC president today @ EH's bazaar (whom I was toking bout yesterday). On Mon I was juz telling Amy bout the bitch story, yesterday we saw tt bitch, today we saw her ex-bf... Haha. Is tt fate?

Anyway, my topic today is on platonic relationship. I think alot of ppl dun believe in pure platonic relationship b/w opp. sex. Wat do I mean by "pure"? Mmm... means tt the guy & ger are purely frenz, none of em have ever fell in luv with the other, not even for 1sec. I'm a strong believer of platonic relationship, but not really for pure platonic relationship, tho I do have guy frenz who are of pure platonic relationship with me.

To me, at some point of time, there'll always be times when u dunno if u treat him/her as a good fren or more than that. 1 of my gal frenz once told me tt if her close guy fren gets attached, she noes she'll feel sad, but she dunno wat will cause sadness: either cos she starts to like this guy over time, or b'cos her fren will have lesser time for her. Which makes me wonder too! Heh.

U muz be thinking y am I thinking so rite? Heh. Was listening to Yin Yue Ri Ji (Music Diary) on YES933. This ger sent her close guy fren off as he was on a scholarship to an overseas university. The 1st few days when he was away, she kept thinking of him. She tot to herself & wonder if she have fallen in luv with him, or juz treated him as a fren. According to her diary, she mentioned tt she was told by a fren tt he likes her. But she din really describe wat happened in b/w....

Anyway, mayB we can discuss on this topic, heh, but dun flood my tag board ok? If can leave comments on my entry lar, dun leave on tag board, =P. Well, I feel so tired... MayB Amy's sleeping bug jumped over to my room. Ok lar, I go sleep liao

Can't believe I saw her, *yuck*

I can't believe it! I actually saw this bitch whom I knew from TJ!! Sorry for using tt term, but I really dun like her! The funny thing was I juz told Amy bout her yesterday & we saw her today, when we left the library @ 10.

She was a councillor back in TJ & I was an OGL during Orientation 2002. She was the station mistress for this game called Shoe Hockey, sth like dog & bone but using shoe on the hand & a ball instead of bean-bag. She wants the 2 whole OGs to play, so nvm lor. Then she asked me & the other OGL to help shout the number cos, "my voice is not loud enuff", tt's wat she said, which I dun think so. But she was quite unfair cos she whispered the number nearer to the other OGL, so I couldn't hear the number, which made my OG hear the number later. N also cos the other OG din have enuff ppl, so their OGL & OGAs went down to play. My freshies were not happy cos seniors played instead so they were jeering. Happens tt the gerfren of one of my freshies is tt OGL's ex-gerfren, so they ended up gonna fight. If we din stop em in time they'll start fighting. Then this bitch came over & told me, "Ur freshies r v AP!" AP=attitude problem. She said tt in front of my freshies!! How could she?!

Aft tt I told the SC president, hoping him to tell his councillors to have more respect to the freshies, shldn't say this kinda things in front of em. The DM din even asked wat happened & summoned my freshie to see the freshie whom nearly fought. Stupid F Tong (TJ DM was Francis Tong, so we call him F Tong behind him)! He gave my freshie a scolding while I was there also. Aft tt I was so angry, I cried in front of my female OGAs(Huijuan, Ruilin, Tina). Aft tt during debriefing, I din wanna complain bout the bitch in front of all the OGLs, OGAs & the SC exco one, budden Ruilin insisted on saying & she said it out. The 3 of us ended crying while my male OGAs (Zhao Yong & Lisheng) got a shock tt all 3 of us cried. Think we felt quite bad towards the freshies. Indeed we were! Cos they were practising their concert item while we were having debriefing!

Aft orientation, saw that bitch in lecture. I decided to forgive & forget, so I smiled @ her. Guess wat? SHE DIAO ME!! WTH! I can't believe tt. Not only me, she diao all my female OGAs! Oh! & I din say tt she was together with the SC president? Yah, they were together. The SC president is such a nice guy lor! I wonder y he chose her! Ok anyway, Amy heard her voice & Amy buay tahan also! So teh! Haha.

Mmm... Juz heard Shino's Xin Dong on YES 933, there's some part of the movie Xin Dong in front also. There's this phrase which Gigi Leong said to Takeshi in the movie: "Ni shen me dou bu gen wo jiang!" which translates to "U dun tell me anything!" Which reminds me of this fren, u noe who u r(n if u're Kpo to noe who she is, dun ask me, heh). Juz wanna tell u I feel tt couples shldn't tell each other bout everything lar, give him some time, k? Dun get easily frustrated over the relationship, it's juz budding, =). But anyway, I luv this song. Shall put the lyrics on today's blog, hee.
