Get business class seats from KL to London at SG$2k!

But that's not by SIA, it's by AirAsia:

Seriously, I don't mind spending that $ to get reclining seats. Taking long haul flights are really miserable.

Too bad the flight starts from KL. Haha

Look what HSBC's gonna get from me (aka Bitchy times are back)

I can no longer stand their poor service anymore.

And to think I referred Gordon and Jiali to it. =/

And to think I spent thousands of $ when I was overseas using it.

I called to ask why was there interest rates on my bill and I was told that the interests are counted starting from the day I overdue, and also on new transactions. Because I spent a lot on my HSBC card when I was away from Singapore, I had to pay like nearly $40 of interests!

I told the officer that they have waived off my $45 late fee, why are they unable to waive off the interests fees? I have already told them that I was overseas, and I can't pay my bill. And the guy told me it's up to the management to decide.

What the hell... I went to do a research, then I realised, all the banks does this (aka the way they charge the interests rates). But I normally do not spend so much on a card and overdue for so long, so the interests were low anyway. On top of that, other banks waive them off for me.

And not forgetting the Europe + Aust saga. I spent less than SG$5 in Denmark, and HSBC tried to call me to check if I'm in Denmark (cos they suspect that the SG$5 is a FRAUD), but there was something wrong with my auto-roam and they can't get me. So they tried calling my home, but don't wanna tell my father what is happening cos of "security issues".

At the same time, I was paying for my lunch at a restaurant, and the waiter swiped my card for 3 times but it doesn't work, super embarassed. Luckily I had my other banks' cards with me. If not I can imagine myself washing dishes at the kitchen. Ok fine, in the end I've to call them up, and I spent a bloody $30+ on calls to rectify the suspension of my card. I even sacarstically said, "Oh, so do I have to tell you ALL the countries that I'm going?" And told em all the currencies I'll be using, and how long I'll be there.

The Europe saga don't end here.

Last week in Europe, 5am in UK, HSBC called me again, asking me to PAY MY BILL. And when I told her I'm overseas and I can't pay my bill, they asked me if I can get someone in Singapore to pay my bill for me. Isn't that double-standards? U don't wanna tell my father that there is a suspicion of fraud, but u're expecting them to pay my bills for me? So now my phone bill adds up to nearly $40.

Came back to Singapore and I sent a complain email to HSBC. The Europe saga ends here, but the Aust saga comes in.

As u all know, 1 week aft I came back from Europe, I went Perth for an assignment (last minute). I called 1 day before I was leaving (I rmb it was a Mon), saying that I'm going to Aust, and ask them to note on the system so they won't call me again to ask me bout frauds.

Guess what? On Wed morning, HSBC called me! "Miss Lim, are you currently in Australia?" That night, I went online to check my HSBC internet account again, and on Tues I actually received a reply from HSBC promising to change their system for the better, and that maybe I can call up the next time before I go overseas. EMPTY PROMISE.

I shot back an email and ask em how I can cancel my card. The reply was
"I would be grateful if you could reconsider your decision to close your account.

Ms Lim, I understand that we now have some work to do to restore your confidence in HSBC. We accept this challenge gratefully."

But I don't see anything that they're doing to "restore my confidence". Last straw liao. I can't take it anymore.

But now, I am damn sian already. I just wanna cancel this card, and at the same time get back my interests fees. But I want to end it with a BAM, so there, I cut up my card.

I think I've got a fever

The Lee Hom fever...

Cos I dreamt about him, can't remember the dream vividly but I rmb something like I was introduced to him by Stef (Stef, not Steph, if you know what I mean =P). Then later on he called me and he asked me to guess who he is, but I couldn't. Then I think I went to his studio or something. I can't rmb the in between but I rmb he called me the 2nd time. Lol

Dreams can be so random. Haha.
1st: there's not reason I'll be introduced
2nd: even if I'm being introduced to him, we won't exchange numbers
3rd: if he really calls me, I would have recognise his (lovely) voice

But I'm still very amused with myself, cos I dun even rmb dreaming bout Jeff Chang at all... Lol. I think I've been watching too many of Lee Hom's youtube vids these few days (even though I've been OTing)

Anyway when I woke up I realised there were 2 missed calls on my phone (my phone was in silent mode), dunno is it coincidence or not with the dream. I called back the number and they told me they called the wrong number -_-
